How can I track my Nespresso order?

To track your order:

Log in to your Nespresso account

Go to “My Orders”

Select the order and click the magnifying glass icon

At the bottom of the page, find “Order Tracking #number” and follow the link

If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact customer service.

How can I get an invoice?

Your invoice is automatically sent to your email after delivery.

If you cannot find it:

Log in to your Nespresso account

Go to “My Account > My Orders”

Select the relevant order

Click “Invoice” to download the PDF
