2.   We may store your consent and respective proof for a longer period of time if it is necessary for our defence against any requests, claims or actions.

3.   By providing personal offers to you and/or seeking other goals of the loyalty programme we may use automated personal data analysis, including your profiling. We may group and analyse your data according to your purchased products, city and/or taking into consideration other specific features. Data analysis and profiling actions carried out by us have no legal or similarly significant impact on you. If you do not want your data to be profiled by providing you with personal offers you may not give us consent or withdraw such consent at any time. In such case you continue to be a member of the Nespresso Club; however, we will no longer be able to provide you with personal offers.

4.   When carrying out statistical, market and consumer behaviour research and forming the reports required for our business we use automated data analysis. During the analysis we use anonymised data and do not process your name, contact details and any other identifying information. Data analysis for the purpose of statistical, market and consumer behaviour research allows us to make important business decisions such as the formation of the assortment meeting our customers’ needs, pricing, etc. Data analysis actions have no legal or similarly significant impact on you.

5.   Upon expiry of the respective data storage period and absence of your renewed consent (where personal data are processed on the basis of consent), provided personal data are anonymised, except for personal data that are stored for a longer period of time, in accordance with legal requirements. Upon expiry of the respective data storage period you will receive a notification 1 (one) month before suspension of membership regarding the necessity to renew consent if you plan to continue enjoying the benefits provided by membership.

6.    All information that you provide to us by means of social media (including messages, use of “Like” and “Follow” as well as other communication) is controlled by the social network manager. The website gives links to our accounts in social networks. 7.   We process your personal data for the purpose of administration of games, campaigns and/or competitions, whether organised and conducted by us or our suppliers, if you have expressed your wish to take part in them. We process your personal data in order to ascertain and announce the winner and award prizes. If you want to take part in a game and/or competition, you have to provide your personal data. If you do not provide data, you will not be able to take part in a game and/or competition. In such a case, if you win we will not be able to give you a prize. Your identity is verified upon giving a prize. If games and/or competitions are organised by our supplier(s) or partner(s), we may transfer your personal data to our supplier(s) or partner(s) and/or if you become the winner, we may announce your personal data on our platforms (website, social networks).

8.   We respect your privacy; therefore, we will only process your personal data for the above indicated purposes. Your personal data may be passed on to third persons, where such a duty is stipulated in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. Upon your consent your personal data may be transferred to our partners in Poland (Nestle Polska S.A.) and beyond the European Union in Switzerland (Nestle Nespresso S.A.) which has been acknowledged by the European Commission’s decision as guaranteeing adequate personal data protection in order to ensure continuity of provision of discounts and other benefits to you. Where it is necessary for proper fulfilment of contractual obligations, delivery of products, presentation of information on discounts, campaigns and new products or for the purpose of ensuring high-quality service, your personal data may be passed on to the following third persons:

- other subsidiaries of UAB “MV GROUP”, as the parent undertaking, where they perform functions required for the implementation of a respective goal;

- companies that provide advertising services, SMS and email sending services;

- companies that provide software maintenance and support services;

- couriers, companies that provide delivery services and their employees where it is necessary for the delivery of your acquired products;

- other third persons, where this is required for the implementation of a respective goal.
