Note: if you want invoices issued in your company’s name, your account must be registered under the company name, including the appropriate business details and billing address. Invoice details cannot be modified after issuance.

What should I do if I forgot my password or want to change it?

To reset or change your password, follow these steps:

> “Forgot your password?”

> Enter your email address.

> Confirm using the link sent to your email.

> Create a new password.

How can I register my Nespresso coffee machine in my account?

You can register your coffee machine in your account by following these steps:

> “My Coffee Machines.”

> “Add a Coffee Machine.”

> Choose your machine’s model and color.

> Fill in the required information: serial number*, place and date of purchase, and upload the proof of purchase.

> “Save.”

*The serial number consists of 19 letters and digits and can be found on the bottom of your coffee machine.

Once registered, your coffee machine is covered by a 2-year warranty, and a replacement machine will be provided if necessary.

Can I delete my account or request the removal of my data?

Yes, you can request to delete your account or remove your personal data. To do so, follow these steps:
