Lemon verbena (30%), peppermint (15%), lemongrass (15%), fennel (10%), chamomile (10%), spearmint (10%), lemon balm (10%).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation: Use one tea bag per cup (200 ml). Pour boiling water over the bag and steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
